The purpose of Tech Reviews is to provide a thorough analysis of the state of your system so you know exactly what condition it is in to aid in upkeep. The motto of Tech Reviews is “Every Single Button!” We’ll move through every single component of your system, taking care to press every single button and test every single action available to make sure things are in perfect shape. We’ll also clean your rack to ensure no dust is impairing heat management or damaging equipment. As part of our thorough checklist, we’ll document any current issues or potential risks to give you a thorough report at the end. If minor firmware updates are needed, we’ll typically throw those in for you, though more intensive updates are better saved for a System Tune-Up.

Are things running a bit slow? Has it been a while since we’ve done any firmware updates on your equipment? Our knowledgeable technicians will work through your equipment and ensure any available updates are performed, which typically improves slow or buggy system performance. We’ll also be available to make personal adjustments to things like Scenes, Quick Actions, schedules/automations, or other programming elements to get things just right for you!
Please note that this service is not appropriate for big system changes such as adding and subtracting components, and it’s also not intended as a Service Call to troubleshoot equipment experiencing issues or failure.

If you don’t enjoy your lighting controls or find them frustrating to use, this is the service for you! Our lighting design engineer will clean up your lighting controls on the back end to make sure programming is organized and thorough. Lights will be cleanly organized by room and named in clear, concise ways within the app/touch panels so you always know where to find them. We’ll work with you to create Scenes, schedules, and automations that fit your specific routine and lifestyle best. We’ll also go through all of your custom-engraved keypads to make sure they’re functional and to make suggestions on more useful configurations. We want your controls to light up your life!
