When it’s time to move forward with your project, we prioritize meticulous pre-planning. This includes onsite walkthroughs with you, as well as internal handover meetings to ensure all details transition seamlessly from sales to project management. Clear communication throughout the process keeps you informed and confident in what to expect.
As a direct dealer for countless product lines, MAVi secures the best pricing and handles procurement in-house, safely storing your materials until installation. Ongoing coordination with your contractor or interior designer ensures a smooth, well-prepared start onsite.

Our operations team brings exceptional skill and expertise to every project. Whether it’s a new build, a remodel, or a retrofit within an existing space, each project follows its own unique flow that we will expertly manage and control.

Wire is run, brackets and backboxes are mounted, and built-in infrastructure is placed before drywall is installed.

Speakers are hung, faceplates are installed to cover up holes and lighting fixtures are provided as other trades complete their trim-out phases.

Your equipment rack is pre-built at our shop to save time onsite and keep high-dollar equipment protected as long as possible. 

Toward the end of the project, high-dollar equipment is brought to site and installed, which can include TVs, equipment racks, user interfaces, shades, etc. Equipment is powered up as the project is prepared for programming.

Existing infrastructure is tested and new wire is run, brackets and backboxes are mounted, and built-in infrastructure is placed within your existing structure.

Speakers are hung, faceplates are installed to cover up holes, lighting fixtures are provided in conjunction with the proper timeline of the project. 

Remaining work is completed in the order needed based on the rest of your renovation's scope. All equipment is brought to site, installed, and powered on.

An upgrade to an existing system, or a whole new system, is installed within the context of a finished space. Wire is run, infrastructure is mounted, existing equipment is tested, and new equipment is installed all within a similar work timeframe.

Once the physical installation is complete, our engineering team works onsite and remotely to bring your system to life. This is where customization truly shines. Through our pre-finish process, we ask the right questions to tailor interfaces and equipment specifically for you. Every detail is tracked on a thorough punch list and our technicians work efficiently to address each item.

Watching your system take shape is an exciting moment—it’s almost time to hand it over to you.

SYSTEM TRAINING

New technology can feel overwhelming, but we ensure you’re never left in the dark. Once your system is ready, we schedule an onsite training with you and the project team to provide a thorough demonstration of how everything works. This is also the perfect time to review any remaining punch-list items or desired customizations. We walk you through each piece of equipment, provide detailed documentation, answer all your questions, and assist with app setup or account creation as needed.
